We designed an immersive press experience showcasing Ray-Ban Meta Glasses through the real perspective of a chef (Roberto Martínez Foronda). We led the creative concept, coordinated the audiovisual production and executed the event at Tripea, authentically connecting innovation and gastronomy.

We mentored the founding team from vision to operations. We defined the structure, managed the opening process and trained the team to launch this gastro-cultural space with a distinct concept and strong brand identity.

Definition and implementation of operational, production, and quality processes, ensuring efficient and scalable execution. We defined the pricing strategy (from cost breakdowns), including negotiation and development of the delivery channel. We conducted a business audit, redesigned the offer for delivery platforms and supported the team in professionalising the delivery channel. All with the goal of making it profitable, aligned with their essence and guided by a defined strategy.
